Wrong Size If you should make a mistake in glove size you have 30 days to return them with all tags intact. There will be a $17.00 re-shipping fee applied to wrong size orders. 100% will be donated to Project North. Please pay using the button below. Manufacturers Defect Heat 3 Smart Gloves are manufactured to a high quality standard, but occasionally defects do crop up. The gloves are warrantee for one year under circumstances of proper use. Using gloves in circumstances that exceed their manufacturing specifications will be assessed on a case by case basis. Cuts or damage caused by sharp tools, knives, open flame or heating tools such as soldering irons void manufacturers warranty. Avoid Damage: Be careful not to damage or cut your HEAT 3 gloves. Handle sharp edges of your skis, snowboards, knives, boot buckles, etc. always wearing the mitten shell closed. Never handle sharp edges with the inside lining glove.
